Socialite Shanita Namuyimbwa alias Bad Black intends to sue one Mr. Kisembo Ronex Tembo of Precision media and government of Uganda demanding a whooping sum of shs550million for duping and tricking her into recording a sensitization advertisement about dangers of COVID-19 pandemic especially sex workers for the government of Uganda on a voluntary basis.
But the Ministry of Health has clarified that Bad Black offered her services for free after the ministry appealed to Ugandans who could come in to offer whatever they could in the fighting against COVID-19 and she was one of them but this statement triggered off her hanger as usual she went on to insult Ministry of health for denial of her contract saying that they stop acting her advert was approved by them.

She added if did it on voluntary basis they should award her with 1kg of gold media as warrior if not she is going to sue them for misusing her position.
“The good thing you approved my advert then i need a gold medal 1kg nga warrior @badblackuganda my Snap chat user name. Am suing you to miss use my position”-she published.
The oral agreement that was reached to between Bad Black and Precision Media was to meet the President, H.E Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni with whom she would discuss the payments of her endorsement.
Now through her lawyers, Musangala Advocates and Solicitors, Bad Black is demanding Precision Media shs500million as consideration for the said advert and shs50million as damages.
She had issued Precision Media a 14 day ultimatum to comply with her demands or else she will be left with no choice but proceed with a civil suit in the courts of law.
